Known Twitter insiders of TUM_APISAK and _rogame shared the results of a speeding sample of the AMD Ryzen 3 3100 budget processor. Performance tests were conducted in Geekbench 4, Geekbench 5, 3DMark Fire Strike Extreme and 3DMark Time Spy.

A $99 Matisse processor had already surprised us earlier in the run-up to the former Core i7-7700K flagship and then the newer Core i3-10100 chip. Now, the four-nucleus processor has been seriously overhauled. Remember that the base frequency of Ryzen 3 3100 is 3.6 Ghz, and the automatic acceleration system can increase it to 3.9 Ghz.

To test the performance of Ryzen 3,100 in Geekbench 4.4, the frequency of all processor cores was raised to 4.2 Ghz. As a result, the crystal was able to score 5,470 in single-core and 20,100 in multi-nuclear. For 3DMark Fire Strike Extreme and Time Spy, the core frequency was raised to 4.5 Ghz. This allowed the processor to score 15,410 points in the Fire Strike physics test and 5,481 points in Time Spy.

Before testing in Geekbench 5, all the core budget processor was accelerated to 4.6 Ghz. As a result, the novelty scored 1,325 points in single-core and 5,669 points in multi-core tests.

In comparison, in the same test, the uncircumcised version of Ryzen 3,100 recently scored 1095 and 4507, respectively.
