Siltek Group will equip playground with RFID tags.

The group of companies «Siltek» has modified a number of its sealed radio tags for marking objects of small architectural forms (MAF).

The company has a wide range of RFID tags, which by their design and the radiophysical properties of the applied chips are optimally suited for solving the problems of urban infrastructure identification. These are compact UHF-band labels designed specifically for use on various specific designs: the entire S-Tag 3D series, in particular: 3D, 3D mini, 3D Slim, 3D Flat. The S-Tag JD-mini label was also modified to meet the requirements of Annex 5 of the MAF model supply contract for the benefit of the Moscow Government. The JD-mini label was also modified.

For these miniature tags we have envisaged the possibility of integration of UHF chips and antennas, which show the best results in the range and stability of reading on various surfaces, including metal, - told Maxim Selivanov, Director, Department of Preservation Technology, GC Siltek". - Most MAF facilities are based on complex contours that must be well-read by the terminal and are difficult to vandalize: children’s play towns (slides, swings, stairs) and playgrounds, benches, fences, parking poles, garbage cans».

Siltek: S-Tag RFID of a tag !

At the moment production of GC «Siltek» in Mr. Dmitrov is fully ready for serial release of UHF RFID-stamps for marking of MAF objects and the first shipments to customers are already taking place. The entire range is produced on press-forms of own development and manufacture. The production capacity can be adjusted to the changes in size, construction, colour, materials and chips used in the production of the wrapped tags according to the requirements of customers, as well as increasing productivity to meet increased demand.

One of the peculiarities of these marks is that they can be fixed quickly and simply, literally on one or two screws, withstand large variations of temperature, moisture, dust and dirt, are durable and easy to operate, that means can be applied in all climatic zones of our big country», - stressed by Maxim Selivanov.
