Similarly, 'Jara Yaad Karo Kurbani' program will be organized on the occasion of Martyr's Day under the aegis of Bhilwara's Rashtriya Qaumi Ekta Sangh, Shanti Jain Mahila Mandal, Vaishya Federation and Sustainable Service Institute.

Martyr's Day is celebrated every year on January 30, the same day when Mahatma Gandhi was attacked in the year 1948 before sunset during evening prayers. He was a great freedom fighter of India and was considered as a great patriot among millions of martyrs.

He struggled hard for his freedom,


development and public welfare throughout his life. Mahatma Gandhi was shot and killed by Nathuram Godse on 30 January, due to which the day has been declared as Martyr's Day by the Indian government. Since then, Martyr's Day is celebrated every year on 30 January to pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi.

January 30, 1948 is the most sad day for the country, which had become the most toxic day for Indian history. Gandhi Smriti is the place where Mahatma Gandhi was killed at the age of 78 in Birla House during evening prayers.

It was the biggest misfortune for the country, under whose leadership it was difficult to win independence. He was murdered in front of a large crowd attending a prayer meeting. Born on 28 September 1907 in Lakhpur, Punjab, in the Sikh family, Bhagat Singh was known among the great freedom fighters of Indian history. Bhagat Singh along with his comrades Rajguru, Azad, Sukhdev, and Jai Gopal fought against Lathi Charge against Lala Lajpat Rai. In the year 1929, on 8 April, in the Central Legislative Assembly with his colleagues, the bomb was thrown with the slogan "Inquilab Zindabad".
