The DDR4 RAM series Toughram RGB offered by Thermaltake so far only as dual-channel kits with 8 GB modules is again being expanded. Instead of lagging at the speed, the memory offered in the colors black and white together with RGB Leds is loaded with a 2-set increased memory density.

DDR4 kits in black and white with 32 GB and 64 GB

Just a week ago, Thermaltake upgraded the Toughram RGB line with faster DDR4 kits. However, the further expansion of the portfolio now includes the storage density. Still only available as a set of 2, the manufacturer now also offers the Toughram RGB dimms with capacities per single module of 16 GB and 32 GB. This increases the overall capacity of the kits in black and white to now 32 GB and 64 GB.

With the increase in memory density, the larger DDR4 RAM kits are still declared as OC memory, which is why Thermaltake has applied various gradations at speed. Among other things, the 32 GB kit with 3,200 Mhz, 3,600 Mhz and 4,000 Mhz will be launched on sale, while the 64 GB set consisting of two 32 GB modules will be available for the time being only as DDR4-3200 and DDR4-3600.

Sales start and prices still unknown

For all newly launched DDR4 kits of the Toughram RGB line, Thermaltake promises unrestricted compatibility of the OC profiles stored in memory via XMP 2.0 with Intel and AMD platforms with Z490 or X570 chipset. The manufacturer has not yet announced the intended pricing. It is also unknown at the current time when the first copies of the Toughram RGB with the Dimms drilled at the memory density should start selling.
