Sony Interactive Entertainment has clearly chosen to make us wait and not to give us information about the new generation until next month. Yesterday we discovered the existence of a new brand, Playstation Studios, which will reunite the console’s exclusives. Tomorrow, instead, we will see a State of Play dedicated to Ghost of Tsushima, where certainly the new console will not appear. So how do you find out something new on PS5? Thanks to the leakers, of course.

The source of this new rumor is the Reddit user Daniel_mallorca1985,1985, who seems to be a big fan of the Playstation world, at least by analyzing his shared messages since he joined. It is therefore not a known leaker and, for this reason, we must take it with pliers. Anyway, let’s see what the player (or player) has to say on PS5.

• PS5 Release date and know Features Price.

As written, PS5 will be marketed with two different versions already at D1. There will be a basic version of 499 euros with an 825 GB SSD and a Premium version of 599 euros with a 1.65 TB SSD. The leaker said he has no idea if PS5 Premium includes anything other than the larger SSD (such as a second Dualsense controller or PS Plus/PS Now subscriptions). The SSD can be used for any purpose.

The information, in his opinion, comes from Sony itself and from the meetings with the game managers I. Not exactly a clear and verifiable source. As always, however, the rumor is not considered false until proven otherwise. In addition, it’s not an idea so unthinkable: Ssds have a considerable cost and Sony may have designed a basic version to be able to market the console at the most attractive price for the general public, leaving then the possibility to those who are interested to buy immediately a version with larger memory.
