The first Signature will open in Moscow at 11 Stolesnikov Lane. In 2022, a multifunctional complex with a total area of 6,800 sq. m. Signature will take about 4,000 sq. m, the rest of the square will accommodate five-star hotel-type apartments, restaurants and recreational area.

According to «SPARC-Interfax», shares in «Stoleshniki» LLC in January 2019 were entered into a combined closed mutual investment fund «Strategic Direct Investments» under «IPT Asset Management» management. The owner of the latter is Sergey Ostashevich, former CEO of «Strelecka Sloboda», which develops the premium residential complex NV 9 in Nikolovorobin Lane.

According to the IWG presentation, the premium Signature brand was created in 2018. Workings under this brand operate in some European countries as well as in Singapore. Signature offers a premium service to users, ranging from concierge services to personal drivers.
