With the Akoya E2292, Medion is bringing a passively cooled convertible with 11.6 inches and Windows 10 to the branches of Aldi Süd from 25 June. In parallel, the Akoya S17403 and the Akoya P66088 start a new notebook and a desktop PC with Windows 10 at Aldi South. A new Android tablet is available with the Lifetab E10430.
The Akoya E2292 was previously reserved for the branches of Aldi Nord, where it was first offered just over a month ago. For the price of 249 euros, the convertible offers a housing with top and bottom made of aluminum, which dissipates the heat of the processor completely fanless. The CPU used is the Intel Celeron N4100 from the Gemini Lake family with four cores (four threads), a basic clock of 1.10 Ghz and a turbo clock frequency of up to 2.40 Ghz. Medion equips the convertible with 4 GB DDR4 RAM and a 128 GB SSD.

As a convertible with 360-degree hinge, the Akoya E2292 dominates the setup modes notebook, stand, tablet and tent. The 11.6-inch display uses an IPS panel with 1,920 1080 pixels and offers touch support. A HD camera is integrated into the frame of the screen and the convertible also offers stereo speakers.
Windows 10 Home in S mode
Two USB 3.2 Gen 1 (Type A and C each) and USB 2.0 Type A, a microSD card reader, a 3.5 mm jack and a connection for charging the 38 Wh battery are available at interfaces. Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 are powered by the Intel Wireless AC 9462 module.
Medion delivers the 28.0 19.9 1.55 cm (W T H) and 1.14 kg heavy convertible with Windows 10 Home in S mode, which only allows the installation of applications from the Microsoft Store ex works. However, leaving the S mode is possible in a few steps via the Windows settings.
17.3-inch notebook with Comet Lake-U
Parallel to the Akoya E2292, the Akoya S17403 will be launched for 799 euros. The 17.3-inch notebook with Full HD resolution is equipped with Core i7-10510U, 8 GB DDR4 and 512 GB Pcie SSD and weighs in at 2.32 kg. Medion sells the notebook in its own online shop with 1-TB-HDD for 750 euros. Noteworthy are Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 as well as the many connections including a full card reader.
Geforce GTX 1660 Super in desktop PC
For stationary use with gaming ambitions, the Akoya P66088 is intended for the price of 899 euros. There is an Intel Core i5-9400F, a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660 Super, 8 GB DDR4 and a 512 GB Pcie SSD. Features include Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 as well as Gigabit LAN and a DVD burner.

New in the Android segment is the Lifetab E10430, which plays for 169 euros in the Amazon Fire tablet environment and is equipped with a 10.1-inch HD display. Android 10 takes up 64 GB (expandable) storage space and is powered by a Mediatek MT8167 with 3 GB of RAM. The tablet also offers WLAN-ac and stereo speakers and is equipped with a 2-megapixel camera at the front and rear.
