Lexar has announced fast solid state (SSD) Professional NM700 drives of the size of M.2 2280 for use in game computers and workstations.

The articles are made according to one  1.2 Specification; the Pcie Gen3 x4 interface is activated. The base is 3D NAND flash memory chips.

The Professional NM700 family consists of three models with a capacity of 256 and 512 Gbytes, as well as 1 Tbit. All versions have a speed of 3500 MB/s. The speed of sequential recording is up to 1,200 MB/s for the younger version and up to 2,000 MB/s for the other two.
