Director of God of War volunteered to modernize the first part of Silent Hill

The director of God of War of the sample of 2018, Cory Barlog (Cory Barlog) in his microblog expressed a desire to participate in the modernization of the first part of the cult horror series Silent Hill.

Barlog’s statement was in response to a question from Gamespot’s Twitter account, which of the four potential reissues - Metal Gear Solid, Twisted Metal, Silent Hill, or Xenogears - users would like to see implemented.

Silent Hill was released in February 1999 and remains the exclusive of the first Playstation. In honor of the game’s 20th anniversary, in 2019, a group of fans released a demo of the amateur remake.
